Archivewiki
Archivewiki is a collaborative project for linking people, places, dates, sources, archives, publications and genetic genealogy.
We focus on structured information: who, where, when, and in which source.
Relevant material includes archives, civil and church records, books, authors, local histories, family trees, genealogical societies, and genetic genealogy platforms such as MyHeritage, Ancestry, FamilyTreeDNA, GEDmatch and TreeMatch.
Core idea
History becomes useful when persons, places, dates and sources can be connected.
Archivewiki collects and structures these connections.
